| Human Cell STR Genotyping Service (Identification of Cell Line) |
| Cell contamination and identification errors are very common phenomenon nowadays. This will probably impose extremely big influence on the subsequent research work, especially in the field of the study on stem cell and tumor cell. |
| According to statistics, almost 15%-25% of the research theses were misled to the wrong conclusions because of the great many wrongly identified and cross contaminated cells. Thus, it is quite important to supervise and control the contamination and mutation occurred in cells. |
| Cell Strain STR Genotyping Service is a fast, economic and accurate method of identifying the contaminated and wrong cells. It has become the conventional means of cell identification in the international society. Such STR genotyping data of each strain of cells have also been contained in the ATTC. |

Characteristics:
- Abundant information makes it possible to analyze over 15 pieces of STR locus at the same time, and to accurately judge the cross contamination and the cell type.
- Due to the high sensitivity, it could detect 0.1ng DNA(approximately equal to 15 diploid genome), and even the trace contamination.
- Its High-throughput and systematic platform enables to handle thousands of detection within one day. All the works of analyzing and comparing the data are done through automated software analysis system.
